WASTED HEROES VINYL FIESTA 002

For the past 20 years, I’ve been collecting vinyl and still buy a few records every month. These days my purchases are less impulsive and more considered. I really want to capture these selections, so I’m digging into my vinyl archive to bring you a fortnightly mix series featuring both new and old favourites.

Mix 002 captures the style I really love playing, starting off quite chilled before flowing into more vocal-heavy tracks, including a Solomun remix of Foals and a Red Hot Chili Peppers bootleg. It then goes a little deeper with some floating Innervisions classics, before picking the energy back up with some beautiful Laurent Garnier and Chambray piano moments, ending with the mighty Âme – Shadow of Love.
